A situation where you have people who perform their tasks conscientiously and quickly. They produce good results at every level and bring real added value to the company.
These people are contributors: they produce real assets and they are the building block for any sustainable business.
They may need some training here and there, and on this I say—if they need it provide it. This will enable them to polish their skills and confidence. Their growth will contribute to your growth, be encouraged to provide development opportunities for them.
